Available features of GBIS Virtual Voice Solutions include:

  • Auto Attendant - An auto attendant is provided that can be user controlled to answer during specified times or manually turned on or off.
  • Call Waiting - Allows you to accept a second call while you are already on the line.
  • Call Forwarding Immediate - All incoming calls are sent to another specified number.
  • Call Forwarding on Busy - Incoming calls are sent to another specified number when your line is busy.
  • Call Forwarding on No Answer - Incoming calls are forwarded to another specified number when your line is not answered.
  • Caller ID - When available your phone will show you the name and number of the calling party.
  • Do Not Disturb - All incoming calls are forwarded to voice mail or selected forwarding options.
 
  • 3-Way Calling - You can simultaneously speak with two other parties.
  • 4 Digit Dialing - You can call other stations on your Virtual PBX by just dialing the last four digits of their number.
  • Direct Inward Dialing - Each user can be directly called by their unique telephone number.
  • Call Transfer - Incoming calls can be transferred to other members of your PBX.
  • Ring Groups - Incoming calls can simultaneously ring multiple numbers.
  • Individual Voice Mail - Each user can have their own voice mailbox. Voice mail may be retrieved locally or from any telephone.
  • General Voice Mail - A general voice mailbox is available that may be retrieved locally or from any telephone.
