KUDOS for GBIS

GBIS deserves every award they got and those to come. You have no idea how comforting it is to be reinstated with Reno/Spark's only really reliable ISP or do ya?

Saw your new facility which does reflect your progress from mere survival to "business leadership."

The boss should know that "Jason" of customer support nobly assisted me in my return, and 5*s to salesman Travis Garrett whom certainly knew I was a "walk-in" assured sale but treated me as if I were a VIP anyway. Signed up for the two year free modem because I found an apartment gbis welcomed to the fold and Charter wanted to increase my monthly bill by an extra 33% or more. Present location is an upgrade as I am right next door to the Fire Department and in my old neighborhood they set my house on fire.

You have my permission to state employee Dana Packard #64717 of swing shift recommends you make the switch from Charter, AOL, etc. as I have found you are considerably cheaper than Charter for the same if not better service, far more reliable, and also $3.00 more economical for the basic DSL. Surprised to find your basic DSL was same as old dial-up of $21.95 when compared to AOL $24.95. You are also permitted to reveal my shock @ getting a bill for $79.00 rather than $52 per month just because I moved to Sparks from Reno and their (Charter) install tech failed to note whether or not I had the same full service just because I moved.
