Happy Anniversary

Thank you for the anniversary letter.

We have been very happy with the service and support of Great Basin. Obviously, it can be frustrating when the system goes down while in the middle of a internet project but for the most part, great service.

We in Hawthorne are awaiting the day when you might be able to provide a faster internet connect and hope that the possibility exists.

Good job

I know you guys get beat up when thinks don't go well.
I am in Incline Village and have not had power for almost 48 hours at my home.
I was very pleased to get to my office in Incline and find power, heat and DSL up and running!

Thanks to all the GBIS staff especially Michelle and Pete for yelling at ASI
and making them show up when I could be home and for helping with the MAC
address. I was out of town this weekend.I was quite surprised to come
home to 5 voice mails from GBIS staffers just checking with me to see if
everything was alright.
