You can have up to two approved claims for CPE replacement or on site ADSL line problems within any consecutive 12 months. You must be enrolled in DSL Service Pro for a minimum of 30 days prior to submitting a claim. When DSL CPE replacement claims are approved, you will receive the same or comparable equipment, of like kind and quality, with similar features as your original equipment. Replacement equipment may be refurbished, reconditioned or different from your original DSL CPE. You have the right to cancel your coverage at any time without penalty. If you choose to cancel, the change will be effective immediately and you will no longer qualify for DSL Service Pro unless new service is established.
